1. You can select / de-select any independent neighborhood retailer of your choice from within the listed shops. We do not prompt or force you to choose a specific retailer. The enrolled retailers will specify their own services terms and conditions to you.

2. No contract exists or shall exist between you and us, for the sale of any goods or for any other purpose whatsoever. You place the orders or enquiries directly with the retailers of your choice.

3. Delivery charges, if any, would be charged directly by your chosen retailer and the same would be as specified by the retailer. Delivery terms & timings will be as per the terms of agreement between you and the retailer.

4. All payments would be made by you to your chosen retailer directly. All payments terms, return policies, handling of product defects & damages will be as per your agreement with the chosen retailer (s)
